Please ensure that the product is returned with the tags, original packaging, invoice, in an unwashed and undamaged condition to the below mention address:

  • Inox Decor doesn’t facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 14 days of registering the complaint. Your courier charges will be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code which will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number respectively for your future shopping @ inoxdecor. 
    NOTE: Incase we don’t receive your product with 14 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled.
Under what conditions Refunds will be provided?

In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money (except any intimate product including Lingeries): 

  • We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
  • The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
  • You have thirty days (from the delivery date) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund as per inoxdecor return policy.

What is inoxdecor.com’s Returns policy?

inoxdecor.com’s 30 Day Returns Policy
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price. 
We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on+91 9686595656  (10am-7pm) within a period of 30 days, from the delivered date. 

However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. 

  • Please note that “”inoxdecor.com’s 30 Day Returns Policy”” does not apply to any intimate product including Lingeries. Also, for any non returnable/non refundable product the same will be mentioned in the product details page.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking of partners product.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override “”inoxdecor.com’s 30 Day Returns Policy.””
Are there certain categories of products which are non-returnable?

Any intimate product including Lingeries are non returnable and non refundable. Also, for any non returnable/non refundable product the same will be mentioned in the product details page.

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. 

However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

How long will the refund process take?
  • For refund eligible products – Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check. Typically the refund process is initiated within 2 days of Quality Check 
    Expected refund resolution timeline is 14-21 days post Quality Check. 

Please note:

  • Receipt of payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
  • For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Banks send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 kindly check your bank or credit card account for confirmation.
  • For value paid through Mobile Wallet, refund would be processed in terms of crediting the points back to your wallet only and will not be refunded in terms of money.
  • If a Coupon Code of Gift Card was utilized by you in placing the order, in case of refund the respective value would be refunded through Coupon Code or Gift Card only.
  • In cases where Quality Check is not required, refund will be processed earlier on case to case basis.

I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund?

Shipping charge would be included in the refund value of your order as this is a refundable charge.

If I return the product how will I get back the courier charges?

Once your product is returned and Quality Check is done for the received product, your shipping charges would be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code. It will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number respectively for your future shopping @ Inox Decor. The Coupon Code would be worth Rs. 150 and you will be able to avail it in 90 days for full value in one transaction.

I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven’t. What do I do?

We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process so please check for the last update from us in your email.
If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. If you haven’t received any update from us please write to us or give us a call.

I paid through EMI. How will I get my refund?

The purchase amount will be refunded by Inox Decor. Interest on the EMI paid to the bank or Pre EMI Closure charges etc. will not be refunded by Inox Decor under any circumstances. You may contact your respective bank for any queries.

Which items can I Replace?

All are returnable items (except any intimate product including Lingeries) . We make it convenient for you to identify if the product is non returnable items by mentioning in the product details page.

What items can I buy in Replacement?

Any product/s can be bought in Replacement. The final price of Replacement products should be equal to the price of returned items.

Can I replace my product for an item of lesser or higher value?

No, your replacement order value should be equal to the return item/s value.

Will I be charged for Replacement?

There is no charge for Replacement. All you need to do is to return the original item and Replace it for an item/s of same value

Can I buy multiple items in Replacement for a single product?

Yes, you can buy any number of items in Replacement provided the final price of Replacement products is equal to the price of returned items by calling us.

Can I cancel the Replacement?

If you wish to cancel your Replacement order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and will refund your amount . If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies
